Gratitude

Did you know that studies show that practicing gratitude can increase your happiness levels by about 25 percent? Here are a few ways to practice gratitude:
1. Morning Coffee Gratitude. As you sip your coffee, spend a minute thinking of something you’re grateful for.
2. Gratitude Notes – Send a “Note of Gratitude” to someone or post a message on Facebook about being grateful.
3. Ask yourself 3 questions at the end of the day: Who or what inspired me today? Who did I inspire today? What’s the best thing that happened today?
Practice gratitude. You’ll be glad you did!
